The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Friday, 26 May 2023, pronounce an appeals judgment in the case of Kemal Čaušević. Judgment pronouncement has been scheduled for 1 p.m. in Courtroom 9.

According to the Indictment, the accused Kemal Čaušević has committed the criminal offense of Money Laundering under Article 209(3), as read with Paragraphs 2 and 1 CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 54 CC BiH.
